As discussed in the meeting, here is my proposal of a "Destination Statement"

By 2022 ERPNext is the first choice of ERP for small and medium business worldwide

Goals to reach the destination statement

Involve more members into the community to participate
Solidify core software performance and user experience
Create and improve training videos for everything in the ERPNext ecosystem
