Proposal to Organise Foundation Operation

• Users are free to participate in civilized discussion on community forums. No one will scare user.
• Closed post does not mean user cannot create another one.
• Module volunteers help organize user questions and issues.
  • Unsolicited advertises and spam must be closed.
  • Volunteers can close posts with closed github issues.
  • Repeat question? link existing answer/links, with a small text to explain shared link. Only links with no text may sometimes get caught as spam (even if they are from leaders/volunteers!)
  • Incomplete question? ask for more information with examples or commands to generate logs for developers
  • Either the post is resolved or issue is created on github.
• Module volunteers label their github issues.

• Wiki Page on discuss.
  (Proposing to choose forum wiki over a normal post or github wiki because it is editable by forum users and new users will search forum first. Volunteers optionally can introduce them to github)
  • Initially it may be one page wiki, as the page grows may be divided to separate wikis

  Expected Outcome:
• Initially only few modules may have milestones.
• Eventually each module will have milestone
• Volunteers and leader resolve posts, create issues and milestones
