I do not understand the sam rule? What do you mean by that?
The paper indeed uses the same architecture with several datasets and we have implemented each model independently, if that is what you are referring to

To clarify, is MACCS Keys different from MACCS fingerprint?
There' a mention of a model using MACCS fingerprint that was compared with Image-Mol.
Oh, it was used in the model pretraining.

ah I see in the methods. MACCS keys are fingerprints
