SuperTab can't work when the 'paste' option is switched on

When the 'paste' option is switched on all mappings in insert mode are disabled. I think it would be nice if SuperTab will warning about it when loading, because I spent much time tonight to determine the problem.

I don't want to do this since messages at startup are annoying, and if several plugins started doing this it would be really annoying for anyone that enables paste mode, for whatever reason, at startup.

You could have your own warning in your vimrc though, should vim's -- INSERT (paste) -- mode indicator not be sufficient.

Just spent a significant amount of time debugging this, the message could only show ONCE only if paste is set. This would not be annoying and only be helpful. Maybe even just a mention in the Docs please?
