@the1mills please review. If this were included in the docs when you were trying to figure things out would it have helped you? Do you have any suggestions?

I still feel like this isn't really the right way to go about giving general advice about how globs work - we're just scratching the surface here and I don't want the readme to be dominated by this topic and expand like this every time someone has a question.

Ultimately would like this to be replaced with a separate and more comprehensive user guide that covers how to use each option anymatch provides with a better level of depth than would be reasonable on the readme.
