Support org mode timers in epresent modeline

I don't think this will be that hard to do, might look into it more eventually when I have time (when have you heard that before... :)

This should be possible already. I just tried with:

#+epresent_mode_line: ((:eval (int-to-string epresent-page-number)) "     " (:eval (org-timer-value-string)))

Then C-c C-x 0 to start it, etc.

I like this – I’m going to start adding it to my talks.

Let me know if there’s anything you think could be more ergonomic about it.
