pmccalla13,
An upcoming release of the Eyes-Free Shell application will allow you to adjust
ringer volume by using the volume adjustment rocker keys on your device. After
the
update, simply place a finger on the device's screen while in the Eyes-Free
Shell and
press the volume adjustment key in the appropriate direction. Pressing the
volume
keys while not touching the screen will adjust the media/TTS output volume as
usual.

Thanks,
Casey Burkhardt
