Takes commit logs from spike or BOOM and formats a DASM() string that can be passed to spike-dasm to print out the disassembly for each committed instruction.
Also pass anno annotation file from BOOM to FIRRTL. Useful for donTouch.

Requires a wipe and reclone of this repo for the new build.sbt to take hold.
