Raspiaudio Muse Luxe various improvements

• battery information is now a percentage (although somewhat unreliable)
• top LED blinks in a pattern to signal WiFi connection
• no more static clicks and pops on boot and when the voice assistant is invoked
• use Neopixelbus for reliability
• expose external services to start/stop voice assistant from another device in HA
• stop playing media when voice assistant is invoked

The config was merged with this one, which was heavily tested

Hey @tetele, I've just tried building my Muse Luxe config with your config and can see there's no pop on startup; however, still encountering an issue that is described in #29.
Is that something that works for you on your own speaker?

I've played media from HA on the speaker without issues with this config (which the speaker in the issue you mention seems to fail to do). It may be down to the format of the media, I don't know.
