Dependencies / Running Locally - Cannot read property 'vectorBasemapLayer' of undefined #77

Downloaded the package and attempted to run it locally, was met with a Cannot read property 'vectorBasemapLayer' of undefined error - are there any dependencies this requires to run without using a CDN?

User error here, downloaded the package from the latest release integrated and it's now working!
