I've waited about three or four days hoping the problem would be corrected, but when I log into TPK and type in different regions of the world, I'm only getting to zoom level 11. I'm not sure if I have an account problem or is it the website?

We are experiencing the same issue. Would be great if we could get an update on this.

This issue is under investigating. It's clear that it was not caused by ArcGIS account. This problem will be fixed in the future version.

Hi,
Do you have an idea of when this bug will be fixed ? Or could you explain the issue ? We ha ve many users waiting to use your app again, they find it really useful (including me) !

Actually good news - Looks like it made it into 1.5! I will tidy up the issues and wiki.

NB: If you are using Tile Package Kreator the installed app, you can use this right now in version 1.5. If you are using the Tile Package Kreator template in AppStudio, this fix will require AppStudio 5.2 which will be released next month. To try it sooner please go to the AppStudio Early Adopter Community to download beta version.
