Create a custom SPFx web part to support richer markdown experiences like HTML support / shortcodes / ... (this is an optional webpart, and a certain mode needs to be enabled when running the publish command).

This might not be needed, as I found out I can insert custom HTML in the markdown web part.

This might unlock the ability to add HTML and shortcode support.
