Enhancement: Pin content on the dashboard

In case you have content you wish to pin to the dashboard, with a pinning feature, you can keep this content to the top of your view.

• Should the pinned items be shown like normal cards or should they be smaller?
• Should the pinned items show up as well in the all-items overview? Or should it only be shown in the pinned items view?
• Should there be a maximum number of pinned items?
