Sadly, I don't have a credit card, to test it with the subscription, but, running without, for hours, not a single bucket is found.
Perhaps, Amazon done some changes?

Try --ignore-rate-limiting, you’ll get thousands of failed requests but you should start finding some.

Got a hold of the AWS keys, not sure though, if it's really working, here's the thing, anyway:

Can you hook up at proxy and see what’s happening with the requests? Should find some with AWS keys in seconds.

For what it's worth I didn't get hits until after 5000s in that request pictured, and my rate is like 40 buckets per second so it's entirely possible your connection is just slowing your search and you didn't find a bucket yet.
