Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

On Github we now have "Core principles", "Purpose" & "Design Principles" with some overlap across them. We also have the addition of policies like https://ethereum.org/contributing/adding-products. We should reorganise and consolidate this content to remove anything redundant and create a better reading experience for this information.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Create a contributing section that repurposes content from readme.md and is interlinked with different contribution methods + policies
  • Make readme.md mainly instructions for PRs and local environments etc
  • Move design principles to website
