Wyatt/update beaconchain tests

Description

• Adds Axios.defaults.adapter = require('axios/lib/adapters/http'); to base ETH2 class
  • This may need to be removed, but it was the only solution I found to a CORS error I was getting trying to query a local Lighthouse node
• Adds lighthouse-docker command to MakeFile
• Removes notImplemented flag from Beacon Chain schema
• Updates previously not implemented Beacon Chain schema tests
