This PR fixes releases from #2361 by submitting a forgotten Util release v8.0.1 which caused releases from Blockchain upwards to be broken as well as doing a new Client release v0.6.5 since v0.6.4 has a hardcoded Util v8.0.0 dependency which wouldn't been updated (so v0.6.4 is also broken).

Open for review. 🙂
