acceleration with big noise when using duo3d in fight

Hi all, thank you for your great work.
I am also using duo3d to do a vio. And I found that when duo3d is used in a real flight ,the noise of accelerometer would be very large,as showed bellow:

I wonder if you have encountered such a situation when using duo3d.If so,what method did you use to do shock absorption?
