There's been a lot of unauthorized releases and things are a bit out of date.

Closing this up. B-Generate's repo is good enough. Report problems with the repo as new issues, please.

Gitpan is no longer trying to order by version, there's just too many historical ways to version, it's by release date.

Gitpan currently doesn't support checking for PAUSE authorization. See #31 for that discussion.
