imports metada is empty

i'm using the following config

  incremental: true,
  tsconfig: findTSConfig(),
  bundle: false,
  outdir: path.resolve(cwd, 'dist'),
  platform: 'node',
  target: 'node12',
  format: 'cjs',
  write: false
}

but when i try to access a build result metafile imports is a empty array [], i want this metadata to watch files dependencies too, there is a better option?
