[ORG] Convert evemuproject to Organization

Once we find the owner of the evemuproject account, we should convert it to an organization account so things like Projects can be organized across the repository and organization.

I am working on getting releases (numbered versions) going again with version 0.7.9. I would like to have a project board to track changes and commits / pull requests that could be part of the release.

however, finding the 'owner' will be almost impossible.
ive no clue who opened it, or how to contact someone that may know.

Is there a way to see who the original owner of the domain is?

the domain has changed hands many times since it was used for evemu.
i dont know the original information for it.

@aknorjaden was the last to have admin rights on this project. Maybe if he sees this discussion, he will help us somehow.

If the original owner cannot be contacted or if they even do not have access anymore, this can be opened with GitHub support to see what can be done.

i have tried emailing aknor, but either i have the address saved wrong, or its no longer active.

yes, i opened a support ticket couple days after we discussed this.
i have not heard back as of yet.
will update this thread once i do.
