this allows workflow to encrypt specific keys in config that eventum core has no idea about that need to be encrypted

enhancement to original crypto implementation #134
this allows workflow to encrypt specific keys in config
that eventum core has no idea about that need to be encrypted
NOTE: the project id for workflow is hardcoded to
1, as this workflow is not project specific. and i don't think there are many workflow users out there who have more than one workflow class defined.ideally workflow mechanism should be reworked to allow the project-less workflow naturally
