Installing collection from repository loses icons

• Operating system: Windows 10
• Pencil version: 3.0.4

When installing Bootstrap Glyphicons Collection from repository then all the icons for the shapes fail to load.

Installing the collection from zip works as expected and images display.

Also installing as a developer collection works as expects and images display.

After installing from repository the collection appears within an extra level of folder structure which may be causing the issue e.g. install directory is this: C:\Users\USERNAME.pencil\stencils\0.1_297_1501699314189\BootstrapGlyph-Pencil-Stencil-0.1
