R-Exasol communicates with an Exasol database via a TLS-secured connection.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Users can enable TLS through the R-Exasol API.
  2. Communication between the underlying ODBC driver and the database is TLS encrypted.

the ODBC connection is the one thing, the main issue is the unencrypted import export in https://github.com/exasol/r-exasol/blob/main/src/exasol.c which circumvents ODBC.
