Fix Registration samples to use NuGet package instead of project references #32

The Registration samples should use the NuGet package and work on their own, without the Registration project source code installed.
We might also remove the .dna files and add the <ExcelAddInExplicitRegistration>true</ExcelAddInExplicitRegistration> properties in the project files.
