Describe the bug

When I use the ThebeBundleLoader I always get the thebe lite library loading even if I only want thebe-core. Provide an option to load lite

An option has been exposed in #684 here: https://github.com/executablebooks/thebe/blob/57dcdaf1e3bda34ba7c4776bc9fa64dfb658a24b/packages/react/src/ThebeLoaderProvider.tsx#L53
