[paths][ruby] rna-transcription readme and testsuite describe different problems #1234

I don't know what the exact problem is, but the content of the ruby path of rna-transcription now is 'complement'. But the readme is still about rna-transcriptions. So the readme and the testfile describe two totally different exercises.

Interesting. I'll see if we need to create a new README/exercise or if we can update the existing one.
