The latest stable release is 0.15.16 but this version hasn't been scanned by Exodus. But when I want to scan it, the message is displayed that this version has already been scanned.

Exodus download latest beta and stable release in Fdroid.
Actually is not possible to scan 0.15.16 because 0.16.11-unstable and 0.16.12-unstable are upper versions.
If you want analyse this version you can use exodus-standalone.

Yes but 0.16.11-unstable and 0.16.12-unstable are unstable upper versions. So it does seem that the scanning logic on the Exodus side has a bug 🤔

I'm not sure, if is it possible to filter on release or beta when you send requests to Fdroid mirror.
In our code he has no filter on type of version function to download apk from Fdroid.
Why do you want analyze this specific version ?

Between 0.15.13 and 0.16.12-unstable we have just new permission RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED.
