There seems to be a problem with the new Settings object put in place and the way it is used to communicate between GUI and modulator. For example switchng to DSB in the GUI causes an infinite loop in the modulator. This needs a complete revision.

Code is on dev branch. Same updates made for SSB demod as it makes a good code cleanup.
