web_order field issue #2

Hello,

I'm trying to insert an order with items and minimum required fields. I faced with an error in line https://github.com/fabacus/node-revel/blob/master/lib/NodeRevel.js#L680.

Whether or not if I set web_order to false, this line makes it true.

Also I can't display the order in Revel POS application in iPad. Could you please help me to display an order opened through this library?
