docs: add docusaurus-post-generator to community resource list

Motivation

• A CLI tool like hexo's command: hexo new [post name]. Just try to make the writing experience with docusaurus more friendly.
• A command line tool to let user create post file by a template quickly by the command like yarn postgen new [template] [post_name]
