Can't hook objc_exception_throw() #30

Attempting to hook objc_exception_throw() on my iPhone6S Plus(iOS 9.3.5) and don't seem to be able to. But it worked on the iOS 9.3 simulator.
Anyone else run into this issue?

Have you tried hooking other functions on device?
