WritableFileWrapperwas missing some newer methods that were added toWritableFile. Without these functions, the missing wrapper methods would fallback to using the default implementations in WritableFile instead of using the corresponding implementations in, say,PosixWritableFileorWinWritableFile.Test Plan:
