Filter chart categories and template categories by isForTemplate field #32

Currently, the same categories are being used for Charts and Templates. Categories should be different for Templates and Charts.

  • Categories for templates should be filtered by isForTemplate is True
  • Categories for charts should be filtered by isForTemplate is False
  • Adding new categories for template should add isForTemplate as True

This issue is dependent on completion of https://github.com/factly/bindu-server/issues/78
