It is not enabled yet, no.
current Carla uses an older JUCE version that does not have the BSD fixes. after 2.4.3 is out (in 2 days) then we are free to go for updated JUCE again.
but since JUCE is getting official lv2 support, I want to wait for them to publish that first before syncing my fork against it.
