And is it possible to give everybody the guest rank aka rank a when they join

How would it be setup with BuyCraft? If you use PurePerms, you could allow users to buy ranks in BuyCraft. But the built in RankUpDoesGroups won't work.

Using PurePerms as a group manager is the best way to setup ranks. However a little more description would be nice. Like what exactly do you want to setup in BuyCraft with RankUp plugin?
