[ScrollableAdapter] New Driver Definition Dialog layouts poorly on preference tab

Column sizes aren't calculated correctly as shown by the following screenshot:

The reason for the problem: The property viewer uses a one-time-only control resize handler that runs before the parent page book control is actually visible and having its proper size. I do have a workaround for this dialog running on my local machine which filters event handling until the page book is visible, but I will give it a second thought and see if there is a more generic solution.
