Standardize return type

Creating an issue for farmOS/farmOS.js#8 here.

Make methods return objects of the following format:

{
  page: {
    self: 0,
    first: 0,
    last: 2,
  },
  list: [
    // log objects
  ],
}

Need to also update the documentation to reflect this.
