Hi, I am using a self hosted github enterprise instance with support for pages. I am building an nbdev project but seem unable to get the documentation with the proper navigation bar and overall template (like https://lucharo.github.io/nb2medium). The only thing I can see in the rendered page is a web view of the project's README.

is this Helper Script to use nbdev remote theme by @hamelsmu related. Is it related to issue #459? If so, how can I fix it?

I am using the nbdev template from Tuesday September 21st (2021) (commit 46a36ebdbdd2055f32625f43c192ac54fb752c44) and nbdev version 1.1.23 installed via pip
