Incorrect help for fastly tls-custom private-key create

What happened

fastly tls-custom private-key --help

...
COMMANDS
  tls-custom private-key
  create    Create a TLS certificate
...

but create is supposed to create a private key.

Pretty the same is also below:

fastly tls-custom private-key create --help

USAGE
  fastly tls-custom private-key create --key=KEY --name=NAME

Create a TLS certificate

again, it's creating a private key but not a certificate.
