Add tools_version and schema_version to validation report_summary

I'm reviewing a validation report from Monday, which includes some of those validator bugs fixed last week (i.e. validator and/or cloud environment not up to date)

Having the version of the tools, schema and if possible cloud environment, would be very useful for QA
