What were you trying to do and how can we improve it?

ActBlue must stop drawing from my checking account. I live on a meager pension and I cannot afford to pay my bills. I told you to stop that action but month after month you keep pillaging my account as if I was Donald Trump or the Koch brothers.

ActBlue needs to follow their own rules. You disable the buttons that allows me to cancel. You do not need a reason from me. If I say 'cancel' I mean STOP submitting your request.

Tell us about yourself

I'm angry and interested in you fixing your page telling us how to cancel our contributions but then you disable the ability for us to do so. I click the designated button but it takes on a wild goose chase.
