Plan for deployment #1

@ralphbean @aeng Was looking at the Trac ticket and I was curious about where this one is coming along. It seems the upstream support in Zanata now makes this possible and will be included in v4.0. The current release for zanata/zanata-server is 3.9.3. Do we know when this might be possible in Fedora production? Or any estimates or ideas for when it will come? |
I heard that zanata-server 4.0 will be release some time in November 2016 so I suppose we need to wait till then to get any development done on |
@skrzepto++ Thanks for the information on this. Disappointing that we'll need to wait until November, but it helps knowing when to expect the functionality. |
I can give a sample of the payload that will sent out. The event basically Alex Eng On 4 Aug 2016 5:11 pm, "Justin W. Flory" notifications@github.com wrote:

@aeng I asked about it only because I was curious about implementing Zanata badges in the coming future within Fedora. It would be helpful to know the different types of data that will be passed through fedmsg from Zanata, e.g. when $STRING is translated, when a user registers in Zanata, if a user joins a team, etc. I'm not as familiar with the G11n tooling, so pardon any ignorance! |
How's the status of zanata2fedmsg? |
@ralphbean @jflory7 fedora.zanata.org is now running on 4.4.5 with webhook available. We will need to configure the projects in Zanata for the integration. Who is the best person to get in touch with? |
@aeng I think @ralphbean may be able to help, but maybe @pypingou or @jeremycline could advise too. Otherwise, I think the best place to go is the Fedora Infrastructure mailing list. |
@jflory7 thanks. Getting help from @puiterwijk |
I performed the production deployment, and checked the status. |
