自己编辑的规则无效

全部通过代理时使用正常，使用直接连接外带自己编辑的规��
�时规则无效，我用的是正式版的chrome，我用过swithy 
plus就是这个原因被我抛弃的想不到这个也用这问题!

如果方便的话，是否可以附上你的设置备份文件（.bak）？

另外， SwitchySharp 是根据 SwitchyPlus 
的代码修改而来，所以可能会存在相同的问题。不同的是我��
�试图解决问题，而 SwitchyPlus 的作者已经不再支持。
