terminal clears after sudo powertop and hangs, can't exit with ctrl+C

SIGKILL doesn't kill all child processes

I will perform further testing

I'm having exactly this, but on a completely different system.

  • Intel Xeon E5-1650 v3
  • Nvidia Quatro K650 (no onboard video)
  • Fedora 39
