[Bug]: FB Messenger dark mode no longer toggles properly

Steps to reproduce

1. Add Messenger (Facebook) as a service and login to account.
2. Toggle Enable Dark Mode under Appearance settings of that service.
3. Toggle Dark mode (Ctrl Shift D)

Expected Behavior

Toggle Dark mode (Ctrl Shift D) will switch FB Messenger to dark mode or light mode accordingly.

This usually doesn't work after Ferdium just launched. But Reload Ferdium (Ctrl Shift R) has always managed to fix this somehow. After performing the reload, toggling dark mode will always affect Messenger.

Actual Behavior

Toggle Dark mode (Ctrl Shift D) no longer switches FB Messenger's theme properly.

Doesn't work even after doing Reload Ferdium (Ctrl Shift R), which used to fix this behavior consistently.

Additional Information

ALSO TESTED WITH A FRESH INSTALL IN A VIRTUAL MACHINE.

Using the Flatpak release.

The toggling behavior stopped working when it updated to 6.1.0.

As per the suggestion I got from the Discord server. I tested version 6.0.0.
