Transition: Review current video tutorials #907

To clarify all of these videos are IP of Wicked Lab - not Sharon.
I enable download access for these so they can be hosted elsewhere?
Or they can be removed as the (i) button is also there for help....

Describe the task
Review current video tutorials. Check to see which are still relevant,
which can be removed, and which may need updating.
Currently the videos are hosted on Vimeo - presumably under an account
owned / operated by WickedLab. We'll need to figure out what the long-term
solution for hosting this is, assuming we still want/need to provide some
form of video tutorial.
A number of the videos may have content related to Sharon's IP. We need to
identify those and, if required, attribute copyright notices appropriately.
Success Criteria
- MUST produce list of video tutorials that will still be relevant
post the transition
- MUST produce list of video tutorials are no longer required and
schedule their removal from the system
- MUST establish plans for future hosting of video tutorials,
including possibly migration to a new host.
- MUST identify appropriate copyright attribution (e.g. which of these
are Sharon's) and establish plan for marking up copyright notices where
appropriate
- [ ] SHOULD establish plans for future updates to video tutorials, if
required.

Cool. We just weren't sure, as Sharon does the voice over for some of these. Once WickedLab ceases to be, where will the IP sit? |
Good question... not sure I have the answer to that at the moment
