FFmpeg version is not found when path is autogenerated, for e.g. when ffmpeg binary is in a $PATH folder the autogenerated path will be just the filename. In that case the version is not read from ffmpeg.

- relative file paths are now autoexpanded to full paths if possible which fixes issue #3 FFmpeg version is not found when path is autogenerated and some other issues
- Cake build can now init or restore the Cake tool depending on .config existance
- added AddChaptersToMovieFile.cmd script which allows to create directly a new movie MKV with generated chapters by drag&drop
