Label the time zone for the displayed time

I noticed that the time displayed on the notes page is based on the preset timezone of the system on which the machine is running, but not all machines have the same timezone, and there may be some misunderstandings if it changes because of this (for example, Docker uses UTC timezone by default). I thought it would be clearer to label it after time.
