toggle button

A toggle button like the vvvv one could be a 1.0 dflow feature that let have a boolean that can be set on the fly by users.
It requires flow-view to be extended with custom nodes.

Could be created just typing t in the editor.

After one year I started implementing it, and without reading this issue I remembered to create it just typing t in the editor. Well I did not remember it, I am just thinking always in the same way :)

Anyway, the toggle is almost here and it is the first custom node.
